unless you downloaded something then you dont have a virus.. if you just looked at the message then deleted it then your good

Thanks for the Heads Up on spammers here - I hate them also as my computer crashed about 2 months ago from opening something on Facebook...I thought I was careful but now I am almost paranoid and will not click on a lik unless I am 99.99999% sure of the person who sends it to me....
Better safe than soprry, I lost allot of stuff from that crash...and did not have a backup disc....
